I am so excited for you to join our Mandarin family at The GLOBE Academy. If you are new to the school, you are in for a ride, a treat, and a very rewarding year. If you are an oldie, thank you for continuing to help build this amazing community. Please be on the look out for an email from your teachers regarding various policies, routines, and procedures. Also make sure the forms you receive at the Open House are filled out and returned with your child the first week of school. Here is a photo of me becoming a naturalized citizen this summer, which explains why I have just changed my name legally. Students will still call me Liu Lao Shi, but parents are welcome to call me Ms. Eckmann.
